There are some additional notes on door panel removal. I removed the inside door panel on the rear door this afternoon and it refreshes my memory. To remove the door inside plastic panel,
1. Remove two rubber caps on the handle and then unscrew two torx screws.
2. Remove two thinner plastic caps on the edges of the map pocket to expose two more torx bolts and remove them too. Take care no to damage the caps.
3. Remove one torx screw on the inside door light to remove the light cover. After that the sheet metal tab is exposed. Remove one more torx screw to take the sheet metal tab off.
4. Use a small flat blade screw driver to ply the window switch cover plate off. Remove one torx screw. Disconnect the window switch to remove the cover plate. Ply the door opening lever cover from the bottom. Swing out and up to remove it.
5. Now the inside door panel may be removed. There is only one plastic insert at the bottom. Ply the panel out to loosen it. Next pull the whole panel up. You may need to apply some force as you lift. The top of the panel is wedged between the window glass and the door frame.
