For APC, I have no direct experience with the various flavors from SPG9. I have what I believe is equivalent to their Stage1 (designed by the same guy), and I think it's plenty of boost and pretty nice behavior, though it does still have some taper at higher rpms - OK by me. Is it 32 Hp ? Well I don't know about that... my shop claims 20 or 25, I think. The Swedish Dynamics ones are also designed by the same guy, should be quite similar, if not identical.
24# injectors are a nice upgrade, but not strictly necessary unless you go crazy like I did. If you are just doing the APC and maybe exhaust, you should be able to get by with a 2.8 bar or 3.0 bar fuel pressure regulator alone, just make sure you run 92 or higher octane gas. How much maximum boost your car will want will depend heavily on the base boost setting though, so if your base boost has been raised over stock, the APC may be trying for more boost than is safe.
The rising rate regulator is one option for more fueling, but it can create it's own problems. This has been discussed ad nauseum on the Performance BB, do some searching. Generally, larger injectors coupled with a 2.5-3.0 bar FPR and a resistor on the AMM (Air Mass Meter) output should produce better results than a RRFPR. The only downside to that route is that you will often get worse fuel economy than you would with a RRFPR, which is the main reason I'm staying with my RRFPR.
For aftermarket wheels, I'd recommend Ronal. Not the greatest selection, but the prices and service are great. There are many others, but you will have to do some searching. The bolt pattern isn't that special - shared by 1979-1993 Ford Mustang, as well as the Mercury Cougar and Ford Focus.
