HELP: Smoke from the turbo housing

The last few days I've been smelling oil burning while idling at stop lights, which goes away when the car is moving. I popped the hood when the engine was nice and hot, and there was a little plume of blue/white smoke rising from the front side (cooler side) of the turbo between the left turbo housing itself (the exhaust side, the hot one) and the housing of the gliding bearing in the middle.
First I thought it could be the oil line which goes into the turbo, but this was ok and dry. Then I presume the rubber hose at the intake side of the turbo. There was some oil outside there, but the oil was old and I cleaned it. I proofed all connections.
I have no oil in exhaust. Also no fume from the exhaust while driving.
What gives here? The car is running great in spite of this. Has someone experience with this situation? Is it possible to repair the turbo? Is this a problem of a Simple broken seal between this two housings of the turbo?
Best Regards
Rico - Germany
