I dropped the exhaust pipe off the turbo, oxygen sensor etc., and removed a couple of brackets.
Now I could see the broken off pin. Poking taping heating etc. did nothing
So I bought a Dremel with a flex shaft and had just enough room to drill.
Broke 4 bits but made it. The old clip never did fall out. I had to drill the whole way through. It appeared the shaft was rather hard material.
What a major headache for something so crazy. Oh well it is done.
I have since seen how the 95 has improved and put a grove for a C-clip.
We are learning... hopefully these don't fall off a often.
Thanks for all advice.
Glen (Great to have BOOST again)
