Can't say I've ever heard of all the symptoms you describe together. Very high crankcase pressure, poor running, oil out the exhaust! Try pulling the intake boot going into the turbo and checking if the turbo spins at all and how much lateral play is present. At any rate, don't drive the car with low oil pressure. Hopefully someone else has other ideas, I did just wake up!
