Sounds like you might have 2 problems. This is a good news, bad news thing if I'm right. The good news is the loss of 1st and 2nd gears may only be a broken coupler in the shift linkage. On the drivers side, look down the back side of the engine and you should see the shifter linkage. It's a rod about half inch thick from the firewall to the transmission area. In the middle is a rectangular "box" which is the coupler. Get 2 good sized plastic wire ties and wrap one around the top part of the coupler, and one around the bottom. Cinch them down tight and you should have all your gears back.
The bad news is the fluid leaking from the bell housing. First question: what kind of fluid is it? It could be Gasoline, Coolant, or Brake Fluid. Coolant can leak into the bell housing from the radiator hoses which run above the bell housing. Look for leaks over any openings, especially over the large opening on the top. Gas could also leak down there from the fuel injectors or fuel rail, but this is not very likely. Brake fluid is most likely what's there because the clutch is hydraulicly operated and uses brake fluid from the main reservoir.
Paddy's suggestion that the hose in the clutch system might be leaking is a good one. It would cause the weak pressure, but probably wouldn't drip directly into the bell housing. And, usually, this hose pops off at the end causing an immmediate clutch failure. So, the most likely cause for the drip seems to be the slave cylinder which is probably leaking. Have you checked the Brake fluid level lately?
Does your clutch slip at WOT or heavy load(like going uphill)? If it does, it's either contaminated or it's worn out; either way, it will need replacing. While you're in there, replace the slave cylinder.
