I have a 86 9kT, so it should be similar but I'll try, unless you have DI.
(1)The black/white cylinder might be the check valve that goes into the distributer cap. A hose should exit top of the throttle body, connect to the check valve (which is half white/black in my car) and enter the vacuum advance on the distributer cap.
(2) The valve cover should have 2 hoses coming out of it for PCV. http://www.thesaabsite.com/images/900&7914.jpg 1) a small rubber hose that goes into one of nipples on the intake manifold, BUT it should be interrupted by a "check valve", a small narrow valve.Look here http://www.thesaabsite.com/images/Valve.jpg
On earlier cars it goes into the nipple on the far passenger side end of the intake manifold, but later ones like yours it goes into one of the nipples closest to the firewall. 2) The other larger hose should go back around the back/top of the valve cover and connect into the top near where the turbo is, the rubber intake hose.
(3) There should be another nipple on the intake (driver side) with 2 hoses. One connects back into the boost gauge in the car(should have a T connection), another to the turbo BPC.
(4) On my car, the nipple on the passenger side has a hose going into some fuel control valve under the intake manifold on the pass. sife, and larger hose that goes into the pass side fender(not sure where it connects to, maybe charcoal cannister).
I'm missing some, but these are the more obvious to me.
