inside the reatining sleeve all the way back to the caliper. The sleeve terminates to a little rubber "accordion" type boot. The cable itself terminates in a little nut shaped nub (nut shaped nub...HA!) that holds the cable in the slot on the end of the spring-loaded e-brake actuator lever.
If necessary, you can release the cable from the actuator lever by simply pushing the lever inward to remove the tension from the cable, and then slide the cable out of its slot. The lever it clearly visible on the inside of the rear caliper.
Of course, if you release the cable and the right caliper still sticks, then you've got a much larger problem. Otherwise, you could try pulling the cable backwards with a pair of pliers (obvoiusly with the cabin handbrake lever fully down), to see if it "un-sticks" itself inside the sleeve.
Also, there are two adjustment nuts on top of the handbrake lever in the cabin. These should ONLY be adjusted if you're sure that the cable is moving freely.
Good Luck!
