Only 92-93 uses the same style sensor P/N 9133067.
90-91 have another connector and longer wireharness, and in 94 they moved the sensor to the side of engine block.
At 200K, yes I would probably change a lot of things if it's crucial for you to never break down by the roadside. That includes the DI cassette, Fuelpump, CKP sensor (crank shaft position sensor) and more. But it still would not be possible to think of everything.
