The rear sunroof drains exit the car right behind the rear mudflaps. You can try squeezing the rubber end and checking to see if it is clogged. If you replaced the headliner yourself, you would have seen the two drain tubes on either side of the rear of the sunroof tray. They travel from the tray, down the C-pillars and into the trunk. I doubt you could see them from the open sunroof since they are on the outside of the track.
The accordion ducts that people are referring to are the ones on either side of the hatch. These look like the ribbed wire loom covers and carry the connections to the rear window defroster, rear hatch power lock and the license plate light. I could see these things causing a leak, but not up by the headliner.
