As many of the guys here know I drive a modded 88 9KT. My sister is in the market for a good use car, as she has just about to get her license. A guy I work with owns a 93 CS 5/sd with about 160,000 highway miles. The car was treated right as far as preventative maintenance, but the only major thing he has done is the head gasket and reground the head. He is moving to Florida this month and rather not bring it with him. He is asking $2800 with $400 worth of brand new tires. The car is cosmetically perfect inside and out. I’m just wondering about other things that “will” go wrong @ this mileage. What are some things that I can mention to get him to go a little lower? He is VERY confident with this car and says if does not sell it up here that he will take it to florida and run it as long as it lasts.
Thanks
Ben
