By the ignition-spark plug plate, do your mean the Direct Ignition (DI) cassette (red thing)? If so you've already replaced the likely culprit. Did you also put in brand new NGK BCPR 7ES or BCPR 7ES-11 plugs? If not, suggest you do. Whether yes or no, you could look at the colour and see what that tells you about the mixture and anything else going on in there.
You then mention the loss of radiator fluid. If it's leaking from a hose you should be able to see where this is because of the residue from evaporting coolant. There are lots of recent posts on head gasket leaks, and early symptoms of failure seem to include hard starting, white smoke from exhaust, oil residue/mayo in the filler cap, and water marking on a plug. In my own case the symptoms were a little overheating (say 9.30 rather than a little under 9.00 during normal driving), followed by the needle shooting up while I was doing about ninety!
There is also the possibility that your hesitation is linked to a cooling or head gasket problem anyway. On the positive side, most head gaskets normally seem to last much longer than 82k miles.
However, why not start by looking for leaks and replacing the filler cap on your expansion tank, which is a likely culprit anyway. Gives you a chance to look inside the cap too - because of its design it can trap emulsified oil if any is going round in the system.
