Two things to do also while looking for a vac leak is clean the Air drive motor near the intake. Disconnect it and remove it. Flush it out with carb cleaner or the like. Also clean the intake where the throttle plate is. Open it up by hand spray some carb cleaner in the opening and using an old tooth brush with a string tied to the handle scrub the intake where the throttle plate sits and try to clean the throttle plate itself. THe oil build up can cause an air leak like a vac leak and the air drive motor makes it worse trying to compensate. As for the string on the tooth brush, well make sure you tie it tight to something, you don't want to have to take the manifold off to get it out.(Not speaking from experience...ok...woops)
