If yours has a eq or cd indash player and you pulled the radio cage "slightly" out of the dash ,there is a possibility the cables to the cd or eq were not "locked". This causes a poor connection and cause the radio not to accept code. This will also happen if your cd or eq goes bad. When you have a basic radio the eight pin cable has a shorting plug on it. when you have a EQ or CD Player the "Shorting Plug" is in the CD or EQ. If you suspect a bad CD or EQ, unhook the CD or EQ and plug in the shorting plug and try to enter code, this will help isolate where the problem might be ( The plug is a SAAB product, check the board or email me for the number) Wasyl
