Sure enough... just remove the lower cover on the steering column and locate the bolt and nut that pinches the adjustment slider. Really easy to do with basic hand tools. You may find it easier to do by removing the driver's seat - just four torx bolts and only takes a second. It *will* help your back out during the procedure having never done it before. :) Don't forget to unplug the seat heater plug before trying to remove the seat!
