I assume you're talking exhaust manifold? Never done it but interested in seeing responses. Doesn't look too major. I would assume you'd want all new studs and nuts on hand when replacing it. Might also be nice to have new turbo studs on hand. If I had mine off I would get it sandblasted, possibly extrude-honed, and Jet-Hot coated. Or even consider a set of tubular headers.
