My 93 book shows the alarm box has paralell feed to the lights as does the flasher relay. Still leaves relay or stalk assembly.
#22 feeds power to relay flasher (does emergency Hazard work?) If it does then #22 is good. #12 fuse feeds stalk assembly which has a pair of wires over to the flasher relay (a white and a blue .5 mm2) into 49L and 49R of relay. Hazard switch gives ground to pin B2 while flasher ground is at pin 31. Light of hazard switch is fed from the output of R
Check for voltage there with stalk to flash. Output of flasher are L and R pins to lights. Ground of flasher is on relay assembly of glove box near flasher socket, which sends a grd wire up to big grd lug by battery tray. Assuming same flasher as mine, good luck. Let me know how your doing.
