Heater blower in snowy CT

Hi,
I have a 93 Aero manual with ACC that wont blow hot or cold air through the vents since I was driving home last Friday in a snowstorm.
I think there is a blower for the backseat windows, and I can hear that one come on when I push the button with the slanty window picture on it. The rear window defroster and the side mirror heaters all work.
I realize this has probably been addressed before, but could someone just give me an idea of what could be the problem, ie could it be a fuse, switch, relay etc, or is the motor just fried?
Thanks very much in advance
Annie
