Hi,
First, the arm was not broken and was still attached to the rod. I, of course, broke it off in the process checking b/c I thought the flap was stuck. That is not a big deal I can fix it, the arm broke of right at the top 5mm from the top, I can do something to attach it back. For now I simply moved it all the way towards the cabin, this seemed to provide the most heat.
The problem is that the amount of heat is still not as much as it should be. My heat core does not leak! I can not figure out what the problem is. I use a 50%/50 % coolant/water mix. The temp gauge is always 9 oclock. I have an 82C thermo and fan switch, but even when I have 89 it was the same.
Any thoughts...
Roman
