These are the tires I've had on my '98 for a year now. Personally, I think they are an excellent all-around tire. Granted, they will not give as tight of a performance as an S-03 (which is a favored tire by fellow 9K'ers), but they do grip the dry road exceedingly well, channel the rain away in wet, and give a good job of handling light snow. Don't count on them in deep snow, though nothing but a true snow tire will work in that instance.
They are extremely comfortable and quiet. I have them in the stock size of 205/55R16.
I have definitely put these tires to the test, using what my modified 2.3 puts out now (BSR Stage 3 ECU, JT 3" exhaust, K&N air filter, Hyperboost diverter valve, etc). They haven't failed me yet (knock-on-wood). And they are a pretty good price at Tirerack. Check out the ratings and reviews on these tires. I highly recommend them if looking for a tire to be used all year long (change of seasons).
BTW: I had Michelin MXV4 Energy's (195/60R15) on my '96 900S, and found nothing wrong with them, other than the price. I think they handled the dry/wet/snow fairly well. But I think the Dunlop's far exceed the Michelin's in every aspect of driving conditions.
