Nothing special going on here as for your ACC & ECU. Both systems are protected and will switch off automatically when voltage goes out of the 9v - 16v range. They come back on when voltage is normal. Just to protect sensitive electronics.
Replace the voltage regulator asap. I had the same thing a year ago, especially after startup. Eventually the VR will fail completely and you run the risk that voltage will become a direct function of engine revs. That is NOT funny. Even though your ACC and ECU will be spared, it can really hit your electrical systems. In my case it took out the blower motor and regulator transistor, before I was able to switch off the car.
