Need to see the AC cycle on and off a few times. A weak tensioner will bounce quite a bit when a load is put on it. You can buy the piston alone for around $75 from eEuroparts (site sponsor). It is an easy change.
Also look into the tensioner pulley, and idler pulley. They are a known weak area, and may account for your sound. A third thing to check is the harmonic balancer. It is the piece that drives all of this stuff off of the main shaft. The center is a couple of pieces of rubber which can lose the friction that keeps them turning together. When they slip, they can squeal. You can check by marking with a chalk line or spraying a dot of paint in the middle of the wheel. If the lines don't line up after a few starts, or longer running, you know you've got a problem.
Seems like you need to isolate further. A chunk of old garden hose used as a stethoscope might help you here. Be careful of all the moving parts.
