'Control Relay' marked 56b after you pull it out and try the low beams. 56a will have juice when high beams are selected. (you won't have indicator in instrument cluster dash when tall relay is out) If you have power present then look for cracks in solder flows inside of Control Relay. Since you have read previous posts you have seen our comments that it is not a relay but a sensor module which only purpose is to drive the pictogram display. You can live with out it. Make jumper 56a to 56aL and 56aR and a jumper from 56b to 56bL and 56bR. Do the resolder thing. If you can't send to me with a ship back label, it takes me 5 minutes to warm up the soldering station and 5 minutes to suck off the old and resolder new solder to fix the trouble.
