I think I know the bolts your talking about. I had similar problem with mine as well, on the pass side of car. The bolt that was missing was I think a 10mm bolt, about 2.5 inches long and black in color. The end of it was tapperd kinda weird looking though, meaning this bolt was SAAB specific. It was one of the bolts that hold the front part of the A-arms plate to the car at it's widest point, there are two of them. Since there are no saab's in salvage wards around my parts, I removed the one that was still in there, went over to Home Depot, found a pretty similar looking bolt(thread/pitch patterns did not match)and used that. I also put a few drops of Loce-Tite on there as well to ensure it doesn't come back out. It's been holding up for the past year or so with no problems.

So, for less than $2.00 it's fixed, and the noise is gone.
