Electrical Problems

I'm having problems with my electrical sysetem on my 94 9000 cse. When using turn signals, or flicking headlights to brights, hitting brake pedal, moving electric seats, or anything like that, the electical system gets drained for a split second. Sometimes the radio will switch all the way off, the dash lights blink, or the headlights dim. The battery is new and I thought it might be the alternator. So i had the alternator rebuilt and voltage reg. replaced and no luck. The thing is, the vehicle doesn't do it all of the time....only sometimes. And when it is doing it you can slide it into Neutral or park and it won't do it. When the vehicle is stopped and in gear the radio will garble noise as it's not getting enough juice. I've tried removing all the fuses in the cabin compartment fuse box but none of them stoped the problem. I have noticed though that turning the climate control fan to the hi position will stop the problem though. Please help.
