If the starter turns over, which it seems to be doing, you've eliminated one of the three possible root causes for failure to start. You have power, and indicated by the 10.5V and the fact that the starter is turning over. The other two possibilities are no fuel, and no spark.
No fuel could be caused by a bad fuel pump, which is certainly not unheard of for this vintage car, though in my readings and my own personal experience, they do tend to last a LONG time. How many miles does your car have? There are ways to check the fuel pump and fuel pressure, but I am not wise to those ways, as I've never needed to check them myself due to a failure.
As for no spark, well there I'm a lot more knowledgeable. A no spark situation can be caused by a few different things. It could be the ignition coil, the cylinder atop the front cross member on the battery side of the car. It could also be the ignition amplifier module, which is the large integrated circuit sitting on the left fender behind the battery. And, it could also be the hall effect pickup, which is located inside the distributor. Of these three, all but the ignition coil have needed replacement, and they all produce the same symptom, which is what Lu was alluding to.
If you don't have spark, what will happen is that while the starter is turning, the tachometer needed will not move at all. If you DO have spark, the needle will bounce between zero and a few hundred RPM until the engine starts. If the tachometer needle isn't moving, you still don't know which element has caused you to have no spark, but at least you've narrowed it down a bit.
