4 to 5-lug adapter

If I were to buy the adapter that converts my 9000's 4 X 108 bolt pattern to the 9-5's 5 X 110 configuration, would I also have to upgrade to the
9-5's brake rotors and calipers and brake lines? What would remain the same? What would change? Could I use 17" BBS RK's with this setup (they fit the 9-5 perfectly)? Any responce would be greatly appreciated.
