If you're getting vacuum from anything attached to your exhaust, or if your FPR is attached to your exhaust manifold, then you have real problems. If the hose that is leaking is the the hose from the waste-gate, which is attached to the exhaust, then just put a new hose on. Same with the FPR, which is on the intake manifold - just
put a new hose on. Now, if the FPR is attached to the exhaust manifold, don't go back there!
