Do you have the ACC type controls? Relay is in glove box relay rack second row back, far Left relay. If it is ACC type it is a simple relay, if not ACC typ the relay has a built in timer (mo money).
Still need to see if there is voltage on both sides of fuse 18 in that same fuse rack, then if there is full batt. voltage at pins 15 and 30 (on relay bottom) on non ACC and on 30 of ACC car.
Then when turned on the non ACC car should have batt at it's pin E besides the switch being lit up. This should give power out the #87 blade of either ACC or non ACC relay to dash lamp and heater.
Grd should come into relays on their #31 or 85 ACC blade. This is from my 93 book. Does that jive with what you find?
