car was running then died

I was driving 35 in town and the engine just died. There was no sputter or anything, it just instantly quit running. When I tried to start the car it wouldn't start at all. I got it toed home and started trouble shotting. I pulled the spark plugs. The #1 plug was clean and dripping with fuel, #2 plug was clean with small amount of fuel on it, #3 plug had no fuel smell and was a little burnt on top, #4 plug had no fuel smell and was very black and burnt. I cleaned all plugs and they seem to be fine. I next turned the DI upside down, and grounded the plugs. When I turned the engine over all spark plugs seemed to work normal. Next I had my brother turn the engine over while I felt for vibration at the fuel pump. It was working. I also pulled the return line off of the top of the fuel pump and it pumped fuel fine. Next I checked the air inlet, no moisture, it looked fine. I also swapped the AMM with a good unit and that didn't help either. It seems to me that the engine is getting air, spark, and fuel. Whats wrong?

Thanks
Micah
