at grounding lugs on the bolt up there. First thing comes to mind is a loose ground. Also, the battery supply which comes in on fuses 16 through 24 ( radio is on 19 and Trip puter is on 17) may be the bad boy. Can you temporarily attach a LED with proper current limiting resistor -680 ohms - to the constantly live rail in the glove box fuse area? Run it out to watch it when you slam doors and such. It will be a fast responce light which will better show if there is a mom. dump of power. It comes into the fuse group on a 10 mm2 gray wire from the eng. compartment and is on the rt side of the glove box fuserelay box rt of the rt most front relay. Sorry I didn't read your post before this.
