To return the favor to previous posters & future searchers...
rough idle is often caused by vacuum leaks. Leaks can occur anywhere between the head and the throttle valve. If replacing/inspecting the vacuum lines does not solve the problem there are other potential sources of leaks which may bear investigation; gasket/o-ring between throttle body and intake manifold, various ports sealed on intake manifold, injector o- rings, and the intake manifold gasket between head and manifold (these bolts may have loosened with time also.
A vacuum gauge attached to the PCV output on the intake manifold is helpful to determine if the engine has the proper amount of vacuum at idle. A flexible 1/4 hose is also useful as a hearing aid to identify/locate potential sources of leaks.
