Tom, I've been following your progress and I'm glad that for now all seems to be working out just fine. Let's hope it gets better for you. As I mentioned in my reply last week to your post, I'll be doing the 2.3L head swap on my 88' 9000T within the next 10 days and I had listed then what I've already got on my car performance wise. What kinda other things have you done/changed/added/upgraded besides the new head? I don't know if you had simply gotten the head and then slapped it on as is, or did you have performance work done to it before hand? The change in performance you've reported sounds very promising to say the least, and along with the 2.3 head, I'm also adding some stage #2 cams as well for an even bigger improvment....I can't wait to get started.
