Buzzing behind sensor underneath seat heater switch

There is a buzzing sound like a fan with a bad bearing inside my dash where that sensor is underneath the switches for the seat heater. It is something that comes and goes, not always on, but it will stay on for a couple of minutes after the ignition is turned off. I have a 1995 9000 Aero. Thanks for any help on this
