like something is messing with the TCS and limp home. Or it could be a faulty turbo boost valve (but they usually fails when hot, not cold).
Just a couple of weeks ago I had a TCS equipped 9000 in that was running bad, someone had routed the vacuumhoses wrong when installing a new bleeder valve for TCS. It took me 5 min to correct and the car ran like a champ.
Even the DI cassette should work properly when cold.
It's very difficult to diagnose with not having the car and being able to test drive it.
