George thanks for bringing this up. When I bought my 93 Aero almost a year ago, the owner informed me that the exhaust had recently been replaced and this bracket had broken. The pipe was reattached with a piece of metal strap or something and I've never known what to do about it. My mechanic said that the only thing to do is to replace that whole section of exhaust (the catalytic converter I guess?) so that it is not worth it to mess with it...I plan to leave it alone. Do you think this is ok or is the exhaust going to rattle around down there and eventually end up in the road?
Thanks
Annie
