94 Aero, I just put a new wastegate actuator on the other day. It was obviously stiffer and harder to pull out then my old rusted one. I set it the exact length of the old one and put it on. I have noticed a couple of things (note, I havent "officially" tested my base boost):
1: spool up seems slower i.e. it takes longer for the boost to boost,
2: it takes a heavier foot to get the car to really boost, but when it does, it feels like a stronger kick then before, but i have to really get on the gas.
3: I dont hear the big "whoosh" noise that my cone K&N used to make when letting off the gas, it sounds like it is half as much.
Are these things normal? What am I doing wrong?
