I fixed the yellow wire, it now reads 12v. If facing the front of the car the left wiper now works also since I cleaned the carbon out of the little motor. The left wiper even parks properly. Now thats one down and 1 to go. Now I have to figure out why the right one slows down to a dead stop. I have to wait like a minute before I can try again for it to move a little more. I can not get it to finish its cycle. It is almost like it has to cool down from overheating. It definatly isn't getting hot. If I remove the motor from the assembly and hook the to metal tabs dirrectly to a power source it works fine. The problem is somewhere in the wirering in the headlight motor assembly. Any ideas on this problem.
