ok ok i know that all you guys out there are well into saabs,like i am(well most of the time!),but i have a tip for you lot with manual trans.you know that the trans on these are a bit notchy at the best of times and really require full movement of the clutch pedal,right down to having a mat under the pedal can affect its travel thus affect gear change.if you notice that the pedal moves down before it pushes the master cylinder then the pivot holes (pedal to master)have become worn(oval)they should be 8mm,but if you drill them out to 10mm and use a 10mm bolt though them it takes up all the wear slack.just done this to my 9k and the last one i had.feel is better as is gear change.this go,s out to novices,so no P takes from the experts ok
