93 Aero. The guy put it on the machine for me on manual mode just to check before he charged me, and it was still way over. This is after I did a plug change, O2 change, and a bottle of that "guaranteed to pass" stuff. Checked all the vac lines and they are good (just changed all of em a couple months ago).

So, a cat converter is looking like $300 installed. That's way over the $100 I still have to spend to get a waiver. One Saabtech suggested that it may be the MAP sensor gone bad, as he has changed them in the past for this reason. Most (including the Saabtech and the muffler shop guy) highly doubted the cat as the fault.

Anybody swap a MAP for this? How much are they anyways? It seems to be running really rich. What could cause this condition?
