Pressure bleeding brakes

I have read numerous posts on bleeding clutch and brakes on this forum. I used the pressure bleeding method for the clutch, as usual, but this time also for the front brakes on an ABS system.
First I sucked the old fluid out and filled it then with fresh one. Then I attached a bike inner tube and pumped it up. Bleeding the clutch worked very well. I then continued with the brakes, and bled them in a similar way. For a surprise there were a few air bubbles visible in the bleeding hose, even though the system had not been opened.
Anyway, the greatest surprise is the dramatic change in the indicator light behaviour. Before it used to take 20-30 secs for the lights to go out in the morning, even with fresh fluid. (I have changed the fluid several times). Now it takes 3 to 5 secs! This really makes me wonder.
Maybe there was air in the main cylinder that has extended the pumping time, which got out only by pressure bleeding.
I would appreciate your comments, maybe someone could also try pressure bleeding the brakes and verify this.
