Well, I'm back to where I started, everything works right with the jumper wires (bypassing the "lamp control" relay) in place, except the right high beam. I don't drive much on unlit roads lately so I haven't really been working on it. Tomorrow I'm going to try swapping the high beams left to right and maybe get a new fuse.
I inspected the orange relay and didn't see any cracks. I was thinking about soldering it but it's pretty tight in there. I don't know if the headlight relay was also bad since I swapped it out with a good one and never retested it.
Will advise tomorrow on Monday
