The 92 9KT is one of the hardest running saabs ever made. The gearing made it quick as hell (although 2nd ending at 57 and 3rd at 88 was not condusive to 0-60 and quarter mile times) Basically there is no stock saab made yet that will pull harder or quciker in the low gears (Aeros will outrun the 92 in upper gears due to a much larger turbo and plenty of gear space to let it breather in).

Also the 92 9kt is probably one of the most difficult cars to get to run properly. It was the first year of TCS, making it the most problem prone.
A 93 + Full pressure turbo will not feel quick compared to a proper 92 at all. An Aero will however catch a 92 and pass it as speed goes up. Both Aero and non Aero full pressure turbos will seem much more powerful than any 2.0 liter (like the 86 and 87) 9000, mostly do to the torque of 2.3 liter peaking more than 1000 rpm lower.
