A golf tee is an all-around good plug to have on hand for brake lines, vacuum lines, etc.
If you have access to compressed air, once the caliper is out, put a rag to pad the piston and apply the air to the line hole. Either drain the fluid, cover the caliper, or expect a shower of brake fluid.
If your piston is jammed, like mine was, you will need to take a large screwdriver just to pry the caliper off the disc from the top and bottom. It may be that the 6?mm back off screw has to be periodically backed off to allow the piston and the parking brake adjuster to come out. My piston was really stuck, and the parking brake adjuster was already out of the piston. The pistons were also corroded in place, so if they don't come out easily, you'll probably need a rebuilt caliper.
The rebuild is easy, just carefully get the seal out of the caliper, and replace it. Press the parking brake adjuster into the piston (if you need to) and use the screw and a little pressure on the piston to get it back into the caliper. THen place the boot on the piston and on the caliper lip and replace the wire keeper on the OD.
Sorry, I got long winded...
