the es-11 is a factory 1.1mm gap, which some feel is best for the blown cars. Basically, you want as much gap as the coils can efficiently bridge/arc across, for the largest spark ignition area in the combustion chamber. Keep in mind that the gap will erode, become greater, so starting with a larger gap will require a little more frequent checking to prevent it from getting too large to allow a healthy anode to electrode spark. Otherwise, it's exactly the same as a BCPR7ES, just a longer electrode, gapped further.
