You could be looking at a few things. First question is have you checked the spark? Also, how mechanically inclined are? I do not mean that as an offense, only to get an idea of what you are familiar with and capable of doing. I'll proceed on the assumption you are fairly good mechanically.
That said I would do the following: 1) check spark, 2) check for fuel coming out of the injectors, 3) check connections at all sensors, especially the cold start temp sensor, 4) check the plug gaps, 5) inspect and possibly replace the cap and rotor (how long has it been?). Now this is all for a distributor ignition and I'm not sure when the DI Cassette was started.
If you have a DI then there are different things to check. One is the crank sensor at the harmonic balancer pulley. Another is the DI itself. There are others here that can give more detail on checking that as I'm not familiar with it except from what I have read here and general knowledge of distributorless ignitions.
