Brake crunching--long

Hi y'all
My boyfriend and I flushed the brake/clutch fluid in a highly amturish manner with ATE super blue on my 93 Aero back in April (and not without a fair amount of hassle until we learned to keep the reservoir filled to the tip-top). When it was finally done, all was normal and the level in the reservoir was about half way between MIN and MAX. For the past couple of weeks my brake fluid light had been staying on longer than normal and the fluid level in the reservoir was indeed approaching the MIN mark (but hadn't fallen below). Lo and behold the brake fluid light began coming on intermittently and staying on for a few seconds while driving, which was accompanied by a quiet crunching noise and slightly crunchy pedal feel during hard braking. This only happened once or twice until I got my hands on a new can of the fluid and topped her off. The light is back to normal but I get the (infrequent) crunching sound still. Is this indicitave of any specific issue? Do I have bubbles in my brake lines? Is this dangerous? My pads are fine.
Thanks in advance!!!!!
Annie
