Some Fun Huh??
Oil Senders usually leak where the plastic meets the Metal Nut.. and they leak lots.. should be real easy to spot. Either Copper ring or Sillycone will seal it.. thread leaks are Rare.
Spray Degreaser on entire rear area of engine.. then watch closely to try and guess where leakage actually starts from
Things to Suspect:
1) Oil Cooler lines have tiny 10 cent "O" rings these fail...BUT require you to remove the oilFilter Mount to access.
2) Oil filter Mount itself.. might be somehow damaged.
Oil filler Tube.. but it's Low and not too hard to spot leakage from there.
3) Oil pump "O" ring .. often looks like a leak from somewhere else.. don't ask :-)
4) Small crank seal (timing end) .. that ons'e pretty obvious tho.
Don't believe that any Saab is leak Free for long periods.. oil is relatively Cheap :-).
