No, yes maybe....
The logistical problem would be to get the DIN cable to physically attach to the new amp. You may be better off getting an amp that has speaker level inputs, grabbing the sound coming of the factory amp (could be done very easily at the speakers themselves) then hooking that up to them amp.
I am currently working on a commerative addition witht the caveat that I cannot alter any of the looks and must keep as much of it in original shape as possible. I plan on running wire from the speaker connection at the speakers and back to the amp and then back to the speakers. This is a little more round about, but I will keep all on the factory connection sintact and could hook the stock stuff back up in a heart beat.
