All you have to remove is the panel that covers the trunk and spare tire. Once that is removed, the metal plate that covers the fuel pump and fuel lines has to be removed - theres two fasteners holding that thing on, and it's just twist and pull. When that's removed the pressure and return lines will be exposed. The rest of the job is under the vehicle. If the line snapped at the connector, where it enters into the fuel pump, then you may be able to refit a new connector. I've done this, but it requires a special tool to fit the plastic connector onto the fuel line. Luckily, my local Saab parts department lent me the tool. However, if you're not so fortunate, you could buy the whole line from the fuel pump to the filter - it's not cheap, though - around $75, IIRC, whereas, just the connector is under $10.
